Rated 2 out of 5 by from Running fine for 3 yrs - durability a big ????? Builder installed this unit 3 years ago and it is still running with no issues. Have another on that only ran 5 years and 9 months before giving up the ghost. Was not registered, so no warranty after 5 years. (Builder did not know you needed to register for warranty and did not give me any paper work. Make sure you register yours to get your full 10 year warranty coverage! ) Hopefully, this one makes it to at least the 6 year mark. My experience is: Goodman units work fine; but, I question there overall durability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet - Perfect for my townhome Purchased the 2 ton unit to upgrade my town home's ageing system that was noisy. I have neighbors on either side of my patio where the condenser is located. This unit runs extremely quiet and it's design is pleasant to look at and looks awesome surrounded by our South Florida landscaping. The air handler is quiet also and the blower powerful. I had the ultraviolet light installed and the cooled air smells fresh and crisp. I am extremely pleased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'm Happy I am very happy with the purchase of this replacement air conditioner. we live near the beach and my last air conditioner only lasted about 10 years due to corrosion. This is expected near the Atlantic Ocean. The new one has only been installed a couple of weeks but all the surfaces appear to be protected by galvanizing, paint or other protection. It is very quiet and very efficient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stayed with Goodman Furnace and Air Conditioner I Stayed with Goodman Furnace and Air Conditioner because I had very good luck and was happy with how long their product lasted for our family (20 years). I researched Goodman before I bought the new set and discovered that Goodman has improved their products even more, I am also happy with their warranty offer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent AC Replacement Our existing combined Heating/AC unit in the home we bought 2 years ago was 19 years old. Very inefficient and on its last legs. Our new Goodman came highly recommended by neighbors, our installer/dealer and is very quiet. We look forward to cool nights and lower electric bills for years to come!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This unit is horrible. It doesn't get my thermostat to drop in temperature even after it has run for several hours. It does not cool my house down at all. The previous unit I had worked way better than this one and it was 7 years old before it died. I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase I bought this in July 2014 and was a little timid about taking on the project. After reading the installation instructions numerous times I finally tackled the job. I don't think it could have gone any smoother. Worked perfect right from the start and has very good reliability reviews.
